Coaching — walking with you at life’s turning points

When life begins to shift — quietly or all at once

There are phases in life when the familiar ways of orienting yourself no longer hold.

Moments when something is ending, something else has not yet begun, and questions begin to take more space.

This coaching page deepens what you may have sensed on the landing page. This work is about meeting life’s transitions consciously — personal, professional, relational, existential — and allowing them to shape you with integrity into whom you are ready to become.

Coaching with me offers a grounded, spacious support through these thresholds. Not to rush you forward, but to help you listen more closely, discern what is asking to change, and move on in a way that feels truthful and alive.

This is not about optimizing yourself. It is about becoming more fully who you already are, expressing yourself with authenticity, and weaving healthy relationships with people and the world you are part of.

My way of accompanying you

My work is rooted in presence, relational awareness, and an understanding of life as a living, cyclical process. Rather than treating challenges as problems to fix, I see them as transitions — invitations to re‑orient, shed what no longer fits, and grow into new forms of belonging and authentic expression.

In our work together, I offer a steady, attentive presence, and carefully chosen interventions that support both insight and integration.

I accompany you to:

  • slow down and sense what is actually happening beneath surface narratives
  • stay with uncertainty, grief, or not‑knowing without collapsing or forcing answers
  • bring clarity to complex inner and outer situations
  • reconnect with values, purpose, and inner orientation
  • translate insight into grounded, embodied next steps

The pace and depth of the work are guided by what your system can truly integrate. I do not work with pressure, performance goals, or prefabricated solutions.

Thresholds bring people into this work

People often arrive when something essential is shifting — sometimes visibly, sometimes quietly in the background.

You do not need to have a clear label for what you are experiencing.

This work may support you if you are:

  • sensing a loss of meaning or direction in work or life
  • standing in a midlife transition or identity shift
  • living with prolonged exhaustion, stress, or early burnout signals
  • accompanying illness, dying, or loss in close relationships
  • navigating endings, beginnings, or in‑between phases

Rather than separating these experiences into categories, we meet them as expressions of a larger life movement asking for attention.

Methods and practices I draw from

I work integratively, choosing methods in service of the process rather than applying a fixed program. The following approaches form my toolkit and are adapted to your needs, capacity, and context:

I use systemic perspectives and integrative coaching approaches to explore patterns, relationships, and inner dynamics. This includes different forms of inquiry, elements from NLP, belief and value exploration, visioning, and goal clarification.

I’m a certified ECA systemic-integrative coach and trained with the exprienced team of Biniasz & Partners

We work with practices of deep listening, sharing lived impact, and noticing what happens in real time between us. This supports clarity, self‑trust, and more honest relationships.

Here I share more about the practices of Authentic Relating. I trained with Authentic Relating International (ART) and was mentored by Arne Drews, who’s an experienced certified facilitator.

I use the four shields model, translating natural cyclical patterns of growth and death into the human experience. It helps us orient and identify what is needed now, when we listen to our inner nature.

When appropriate, I integrate simple nature‑based exercises such as threshold walks, place‑based reflection, and dialoguing with natural elements. Nature offers a wider intelligence that often helps processes unfold more gently and truthfully.

Explore the Four Shields Model in my blog post. I learned about nature-based models and practices during my Wilderness based Rites of Passage training at the School of Lost Borders and at Eschwege Institut

I support you in shaping your own forms of ritual — to mark endings, acknowledge transitions, and stand consciously in not‑knowing. These are not prescribed ceremonies, but personal acts of meaning‑making that support integration and embodiment.

This practices come from teachings of the School of Lost Borders, Animas Valley Institute and the Eschwege Institut

My work is informed by deep ecology and practices inspired by The Work That Reconnects (initiated by Joanna Macy), including grief and gratitude work. This allows personal transitions to be held within a wider relational field — with life, community, and the more‑than‑human world.

What happens when you show up — step by step

Coaching is a collaborative, relational process shaped around your situation and rhythm.

  • Sessions are usually 60 minutes
  • Offered online or in person (Berlin or Tarifa, Spain)
  • Individual coaching (occasionally close relationships)

Between sessions, I may invite you to reflections or practices that support integration into lived life.

What this work often makes possible

Clients often describe experiencing:

  • greater inner clarity and steadiness
  • increased trust in their own perception and timing for taking decisions
  • a renewed sense of meaning and orientation
  • more honest, grounded relationships
  • the ability to stay present with complexity and change — rather than fearing them

Working with me may not be right for you if:

  • you’re primarily looking for tools to improve performance or efficiency
  • you’re hoping for fast answers without taking time to slow down and listen more deeply
  • you’re not interested (at this moment) in exploring your inner patterns, beliefs, and ways of relating

An invitation

If something in you recognizes itself in these words, I invite you to an initial, no‑obligation conversation.

A space to sense together whether this way of working feels supportive for the threshold you are standing in.

I have been accompanying people through life transitions for many years, especially those who carry responsibility for others.
My work is about holding complexity without rushing it toward solutions.

The first conversation is about orientation, not commitment.
