Seasonal Practice Circle

Winter 6-8.02 | Spring 8-10.05 | Summer 31.07-2.08 | Autumn 6-8.11

Each season has a story for you
- a story about who you are becoming

You are warmly invited to the Seasonal Threshold Walks 2026. These walks are for anyone who feels called to step outside, slow down, and listen to what is alive within and around them.

During a Threshold Walk, you spend intentional time in nature by yourself and later share your story in a circle of people who listen with open hearts. Crossing the invisible threshold from everyday life into the more-than-human world opens space for inner guidance, clarity, and inspiration – from the land and from your own inner knowing.

Threshold Walks are an ancient human practice found across cultures. We reconnect with these roots and merge them with the possibilities of modern life, allowing you to participate close to home while staying connected to a supportive community of practice online. Do you want to…

  • deepen your connection to your intuition?
  • dedicate time to the questions that truly matter to you?
  • explore nature as the seasons shift and transform?

Join us for this simple, powerful, nature-based practice.

Who Are Threshold Walks For?

Threshold Walks are for anyone who is open to:

  • spending intentional time in nature
  • trying a different way of being outside
  • listening deeply to themselves
  • sharing stories from their experience
  • being curious about the experiences of others

Threshold Walks can be a gentle entry point into practices that are deepened during Vision Quests. They also offer people who have already completed a rite of passage the chance to reconnect with the essence of their insights.

What Can Change Through a Threshold Walk?

Every Threshold Walk is different. You may not receive what you expect – but you may be surprised by what meets you. Participants often share that they felt:

  • more calmness and centeredness
  • a stronger connection to their intuition or inner compass
  • clarity about priorities and next steps
  • emotional integration related to everyday life
  • greater capacity to stay with the unknown or with discomfort
  • learning about change directly from natural processes
  • a deeper sense of belonging to life and the Earth
  • increased connection to other human beings

How Do This Threshold Walks Work?

1. Preparation Call (Online) – Friday

We gather online to explain the practice, clarify the framework, and share intentions.
For newcomers, this call is mandatory.

2. Individual Threshold Walk – Weekend

You spend time outside on your own, close to your home, at a moment that suits you best. Your walk can last from one hour to a full day—all forms are welcome.

3. Integration Sharing Circle (Online) – Sunday

We meet for 1.5–2 hours to share our stories and, if desired, receive mirrors or resonances from guides and fellow participants.

FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

Threshold Walks are not suitable for people who:

  • are unwilling to welcome diverse personal experiences
  • feel clearly uncomfortable sharing in an online circle
  • need a long personal sharing space (in this case, a 1:1 session can be arranged)

These are not reasons to hold back from joining:

  • You do not need physical fitness or outdoor experience.
  • You do not need access to wilderness: a local forest, riverbank, or city park works wonderfully.
  • A tight budget is not an obstacle.

A daypack with comfortable clothes that keep you warm and dry in different weather and times of day, water, and a journal if you like. You don’t need any special equipment.

Threshold Walks happen in all seasons. A walk in rain, wind, or cold can be powerful.
If conditions are extreme, you can shorten the walk.

Yes. You choose a location close to home or that feels safe to you. You can also share the starting point of your walk and how long you plan to be outside with someone. We share more details about staying safe – even if you get lost – during the Preparation Call.

Anywhere from one hour to a full day. Trust what is possible for you that weekend.

Absolutely. City parks, riversides, cemeteries, gardens, and small forest patches all work beautifully. The practice is about attention, not remoteness.

Perfect. Threshold Walks are simple, guided, and accessible. The Preparation Call will give you everything you need.

Do you like to be informed when the registration for the next workshops & training opens?

For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.
